2010, while just a decade ago, looked very different in the world of social media, advertising, and media relations. Dr. Thomas Jeneby, a renowned board-certified plastic surgeon came to our team with the desire to create a brand and presence on social media platforms, when Facebook business pages were just beginning. Our team also assisted with media buys to continue consistent advertising, creating regular messaging across different platforms and outlets to catapult his practice and brand. Various challenges and opportunities have presented themselves over the past nearly 11 years, and we have grown together with Dr. Jeneby and his team to seize opportunities such as growth in social media platforms, following, engagement, and lead generation, a helpful combination in the medical industry, specifically plastic surgery.
In addition to his surgical practice, he also opened two locations of his medical spa, Spa Black, which presented the opportunity to develop a new, aligned brand for the doctor that focused on non-invasive surgeries, such as Botox and filler, facials like microdermabrasions, laser hair and tattoo removal, and much, much more.

On The Plastic & Cosmetic Center side, we have helped to transform Dr. Jeneby's brand into one that is highly engaging for fans, prospects and patients. On a daily basis, we are now inside the operating room livecasting surgeries on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. We also collaborate with a videographer to bring lively content to the doctor's YouTube. The livecasts of surgeries are twofold, bringing education to those who view and also engaging an audience of prospects for the doctor who convert into leads, and eventually, patients.

On the Spa Black side, we have followed in suit with the variety of before and after images, as we have also displayed on The Plastic & Cosmetic Center of South Texas. While the Plastic & Cosmetic focuses on surgical, Spa Black is non-invasive and provides solutions for skincare, hair and tattoo removals, and progressive technology to support taking care of one's livestyle. Therefore, we have emphasized through our efforts how these services can align with the surgical procedures.
For both entities, we have have a program of publicity and pitching efforts, showcasing Dr. Jeneby, The Plastic & Cosmetic Center, and Spa Black for their expertise, offerings, and top-of-their-class services. Dr. Jeneby has been featured on all of San Antonio's local news outlets from News 4 San Antonio, KABB FOX 29, Univision, Telemundo, KSAT 12, and KENS 5 to San Antonio Current, San Antonio Magazine, and 1200 WOAI Radio. Through our combined efforts, the doctor and his medical practices have also been featured on Inside Edition, Newsweek, E! News, and Cosmopolitan.
Our community programming efforts have focused on developing programs to give back to the public and community in the San Antonio area. From the Jeneby Claus visits at local children's hospitals to fundraising efforts for Family Violence Prevention Services, we have focused on returning value to the community that has given so much to the doctor.
